Shipping & Returns
At-Home Products
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $90 (or $5 for all orders under $90). All orders are shipped using Australia Post with a tracking number provided.
Orders are generally shipped in 3-8 business days.
If your order is incorrect, faulty, or missing items, please email info@smilefreshau.com.au and we’ll be able to discuss this further with you.
If you are unsatisfied with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.
Once returned you will be entitled to a full refund which will not include the cost of the return postage. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in original condition. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.
Return Process:
- Email your return request with the subject line “Return” along with a photo of the products you are returning to info@smilefreshau.com.au
- Once approved, ensure your return is well packaged
- Please mark 'Returned Items' clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel.
- Use an insured tracking delivery service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.
- Send a follow up email with your tracking information to info@smilefreshau.com.au
We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
Wholesale Orders:
Machines: Standard Australia wide shipping for all orders with a Beyond II Ultra Accelerator are $150 per machine.
Kits & Items: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all professional whitening kit orders. Standard shipping for all other orders is $30. Express postage is also available for $50. All orders are shipped using Australia Post with a tracking number provided.
Wholesale Product Returns & Refunds:
In alignment with our commitment to uphold the highest health and safety standards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for wholesale products. Once these items leave our facility, we cannot ensure their integrity and sanitation, making them ineligible for return. Please note, all sales of wholesale products are final. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. If you have concerns or questions about a wholesale product order, please reach out to our support team, and we'll do our best to assist you.
